What you’ll be doing …

As Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving sales of Tableau products and our professional services in Benelux/Europe, exceeding sales objectives.  You will manage all aspects of the sales process including lead generation, lead management, qualification, evaluation, closing new business and account care. This role is a quota-carrying sales position that plays an integral part in the success of the company and involves some European travel.

Who you are …

Domain:  Your primary skill is an experience with and passion for business intelligence, analytics, data or databases.  A technical or business background is preferred.

Experience:  Some prior experience in sales is preferred but not essential. Your ability to sell flows from your passion for analytics and the insight that data can provide.

Performer:  You love to achieve and you’re hungry for success.

Amazing Salesperson:  You have a desire, even an obsession, to bring new customers to InterWorks and maximize revenue through prospecting, qualifying, managing and closing sales opportunities. You are a closer.

Excellent Communication:  You practise excellent, effective communication with management, customers and other team members. You know what to say and more importantly, how to say it.

Missionary:  Highly driven individual with an execution focus, a strong sense of urgency and a belief in our mission. You go beyond relationship management.

Go-Getter:  Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful.

Cross Cultural Experience:  You have experience relating to customers from a variety of cultural backgrounds.

Team Player: Participate in team-building and company-growth activities including strategy setting, sales training, marketing efforts and customer care.

Future:  You will become an indispensable member of our sales team. As the company grows  there is the possibility of a position as a sales manager.
