Analytics Consultant - Data Science

Do you love people as much as code? Come build the future with us at InterWorks, as we lead our clients on their Data Journey. We're in search of bold personalities who are equal parts engineer and artist, all with a knack for helping others. If you are the type of person that stays on top of technical innovation trends but also know how to craft those into lasting business value, this is the role for you.

In order to succeed, your love of data has to be able to achieve results with the right balance of speed, accuracy, and simplicity. After all, you know that your statistical knowledge only matters when they provide actionable insight. Understanding the math and algorithms behind machine learning is a good skill to have, but it's your ability to deliver sometimes simple solutions applied systematically that will revolutionize businesses. Beyond delivering individual solutions, you understand that our lasting impact will be achieved by helping clients with the right combination of infrastructure, strategy, and training that will help them continue to find success beyond a single consulting engagement.

The good news is that you won't be alone in your efforts, you will be part of InterWorks' diverse, helpful team of data specialists.  As a team that understands client goals at a high level, you'll be a bridge between business and IT, helping each to understand how they serve the larger company mission. As part of InterWorks, an exciting work environment awaits you with an extraordinary (and downright nerdy) company culture. You will work with some of the most intelligent and friendly people, helping to build the teams that propel the next generation of success at InterWorks. Best of all, you'll have fun and do rewarding work each and every single day. Employee-driven and committed to your personal growth, a career at InterWorks really is whatever you make of it.
