Recruiting Assistant

  • Scheduling, screening and communicating with candidates
  • Managing expectations with candidates and hiring managers
  • Monitoring and updating current job postings
  • Contribution to the development of recruiting plans
  • Participation in job fairs and external recruiting events
  • Staying current on recruitment trends and strategies
  • Researching and analyzing job sites and recruiting tools
  • Reporting on recruiting status for all positions

Skills and Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Passion for interacting with people, both co-workers and candidates
  • Easily adaptable and flexible to changing situations

Highly Desired:

  • Experience using recruiting tools and applicant tracking software
