Skills and Requirements

What Makes a Great InterWorks Account Executive?

  • Ability to develop and maintain exceptional relationships with our clients
  • Ability to seamlessly manage numerous clients and opportunities
  • Understanding of clients’ specific needs
  • Proactive planning for clients and their projects — ownership with your accounts
  • Skilled written and oral communication — the ability to relay and interpret client needs/project scope to your GEO-leads and other team members
  • Effective time-management skills and leadership — you must be able to keep meetings, clients and other stakeholders on-task and productive


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Two years of experience as an Account Executive or similar position
