UI/UX Designer

Are you ready for a completely new experience? Are you ready to apply your design and UX skills in an entirely new environment? This isn't your everyday UX Designer role. If you're prepared to lead the way in UX Design for data visualization with us, let's talk.

Show us a solid book of your UX design work and bring an above-average set of technical chops; we'll show you the greenfields of user experience design in data visualization. We're not talking about pretty infographics or executive PowerPoint decks. We're redefining how our clients engage with their data.

Design and user experience are at the forefront of every solution we deliver, this role will be front and center in that charge. One day you may be designing new features on a web app and polishing interactive dashboards, while the next day may see you running a design workshop on client site or developing a new UX offering. You will rarely be given a step-by-step guide to accomplishing your task. Instead, you will help us figure out the best methods and, through that process, have a major impact on a growing design team.

To succeed this role, you’ll need more than great visual taste and design sensibilities. You’ll need a deep understanding of digital design, an ability to quickly learn new skills and a strong desire to bring our clients' data alive through your interactive designs.  We’re not looking for someone who believes they're an expert here, we are breaking new ground. We need someone who has the drive and confidence to continually improve and to take on new challenges.

Besides design, your job is ultimately to make an impact on the entire company by doing the right thing for our people, our culture, and our customers. As part of InterWorks, you’ll be part of an exciting work environment with an extraordinary company culture that puts talented people at the center of everything we do. You will work together with intelligent and friendly coworkers to have meaningful impact on our prestigious clientele. Employee-driven and committed to your personal growth, a career at InterWorks really is whatever you make of it.
