InterWorks is looking for an experienced and talented Web Experience Manager to join our Marketing Team. This position will work with our content strategy folks and designers to develop engaging user experiences on all web media, all while understanding, improving and tracking the goals of our web-based marketing.
As an expert in this area, you will own the website experience and work with business stakeholders, creatives and developers to create compelling, effective, and innovative online experiences that result in impactful experiences for our visitors. A key focus for this position is to deliver intuitive, engaging, and action oriented experiences that achieve increasingly measurable results. The Web Experience Manager will help build new user experiences and enhance existing user experiences to drive more sessions, improve engagement with our content on the website, optimize lead capture and improve conversions from web traffic to sales opportunities.
The Web Experience Manager will be a self-starter with analytical and strategic capabilities, plus demonstrate an ability to work collaboratively and creatively. They will possess a passion for achieving practical business impact while upholding the high standards of how to approach our markets.
Successful candidates will have exceptional interpersonal skills and initiative. The ideal candidate has a strong background in web strategy and long-term ownership of web properties. They understand information architecture, SEO standards, all while possessing a love for the intersection of design and technology.
